Sleep is Way More Important

Get some sunlight in your eyes in the morning. You don’t have to sit and stare right at the sun like a creep but go outside and take a quick walk without sunglasses. I use a light therapy floor lamp that mimics the sun for 30 minutes starting 2 hours after I wake up. This is in addition to getting real sunlight in my eyes first thing. If you work in an office I highly recommend this hack.
